Anorexia is a psychological disorder that is teamed with the mental one. One may find it difficult to understand the sign of anorexia as they are not easy to interpret. The symptoms let the person start dieting resulting into loss in weight.
The Effects or Side-Effects of Anorexia
• Infertility- Due to hormonal disturbance women may experience skip in menstruation cycle.
• Bone Loss: Because of fewer intakes of nutrients than the required dose, hormonal imbalance occurs that results in disturbing the body’s system, hence resulting in bone damage or bone loss.
• Anemia: lack of nutrients in body leads the anorexia patient to develop anemia because of lack of iron. It causes tiredness, weakness and inability to do physical activity.
What are the Symptoms of Anorexia?

• Thin physical appearance: the physical appearance can tell if the person is suffering from Anorexia.
• Blood counts that appear abnormal when checked by doctor
• Fainting
• Dizziness
• Hair Breakage, hair fall, resulting thin hairs
• Dry skin
• Brittle nails
